SQLite Maestro is an excellent manager, administrator and viewer of SQLite databases. It lets you work with databases in SQLite 3.0 or later.
Some of the main characteristics of SQLite Maestro are: it has its own database designer; the information in the tables can be edited, grouped, ordered and filtered; you can generate SQL consultations and subconsultations to attack the DB, and import/export from the most popular formats; work with remote SQLite servers via http; it has its own editor/viewer of BLOB fields, etc.
From SQLite Maestro you can apply encryption to the data, generate runnable scripts in SQL, create visual diagrams from the stored information, etc.
